1. Scope and General Guidelines
Saroya Kadaknath specializes in high-purity, indigenous Kadaknath breeding stock, day-old chicks, hatching eggs, and commercial poultry products originating from Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. Due to the delicate nature of live poultry and biologically sensitive products, our logistics protocols prioritize speed, flock safety, and strict biosecurity.
All orders are processed based on scheduled hatch cycles or confirmed inventory. Customers will receive specific dispatch dates following booking confirmation.
2. Live Chick Shipping & Transport
Transportation of live day-old Kadaknath chicks requires specialized handling:
- Dispatch Timing: Chicks are dispatched within 24 hours of hatching to utilize their natural yolk-sac nourishment during initial transit.
- Transit Methods: Long-distance deliveries are conducted via direct rail express or specialized road transports depending on the destination connectivity from Sagar, MP.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): To maintain necessary ambient heat inside transport boxes, live chick shipping requires a minimum order count per crate.
- Customer Pickup at Terminal: For rail or specialized transport, the buyer is responsible for receiving the consignment at the designated station/hub promptly upon arrival.
3. Hatching Eggs & Non-Live Shipments
Hatching eggs and processed farm supplies are dispatched through vetted national courier partners:
- Packaging: Hatching eggs are packed in specialized multi-layer shock-absorption trays to minimize vibration stress.
- Transit Window: Express delivery (3–5 business days) is mandatory for hatching eggs to preserve fertility viability.
- Dispatch Days: Eggs are dispatched early in the week (Monday through Wednesday) to prevent weekend delays in transit hubs.

Unboxing videos or clear photographic evidence taken at the time of delivery/station collection are required to validate claims. Verified claims will be eligible for credit or replacement in subsequent hatch cycles.
